What makes our school management software different from others?
It comes with four main login account types: Admin, Headteacher, Accountant, Teachers.
The admin has all privileges and assigns each teacher to class and subjects and that is the only information they can have access to.
The accountant has accounting privileges.
Headteacher monitors teacher activies.
Teachers handle their continuous assessment by class and subject to help generate the terminal report.
1. Can Oversee all activities of other accounts like ( Headteacher, Accountant, Teachers )
2. Can Add students, manage students information
3. Pay Fees, Pay Staff
4 Generate printable bills, fees receipt, terminal reports for students and pay slip for employees receipt, bills, pay slips for staff for all payments.
5. Keep record of students payments , arrears and balances for each term
6. Assisgn teachers to specific classes and subjects with unique logins
7. Add schools fees details in breakdown(tuition fee, admission fee etc) for each class and term.
8. Add subjects for each class
9. Manage other Expenditures in the school
10. Check total amounts and individual amounts of school fees payments ( daily , weekly , monthly, yearly etc) - Printable
11. Check total amounts of other expenditures ( daily , weekly , monthly, yearly etc) - Printable
12. Promote student from once class to the Next.
13. Debtors List- Generate List of Student Debters for each class ( Printable)
